The recline teeth on the drivers seat on my 92 griff have stripped,TVR haven't got any as its to old. Does anyone have one they can sell me,advise me who might have one or whats it off? (it can't have been made by TVR as its lasted quite well!)

What, 10 years for a seat part is "lasted well?" Sounds like another great case of TVR parts speccing.

Thanks XIAN for the constructive support.

I also had the same problem on my 92 Griff last autumn. I got a replacement part from the factory but had to wait a little while for it to be manufactured - they are aware of these recline mechanisms failing now and again so I would suggest that you talk to them again. It's not an expensive part. In the meantime, you can swap the passenger and driver side seats (I was lucky because they both line up correctly) and let your girlfriend enjoy views of the sky (or the carbon fibre hard top). This is a relatively simple 30 minute job.
