Fiddling round this morning fitting a radio aerial in the boot to improve the reception, which was, I would say 95% successful.
However I now find the heater blower fan isn't working Now this may not be linked to what I was doing but does anyone know if there is a relay or something which I may have dislodged? Either behind the radio or tucked up with the spaghetti bundle where the ecu is? I had to have a good rummage around to get the aerial lead into the back of the radio!

I'll go and have a fiddle later but thought I'd ask here first!

Ta chaps Rich...

All TVR owners should be given a electrical circuit tester when they pick up the keys. Very useful in quickly eliminating possibilities when fixing / installing electrical equipment.

Adjusting the temperature knob on mine, has no effect what so ever and blows out hot air all the time. Turning it off is the only way to cool down. As we all live on an island in the middle of the north sea, I would rather be in my position than yours.

Apologies for my complete and total lack of help.

Probably a silly question but, have you checked the fuses? You may have inadvertently shorted something out and blown a fuse.

Sorted now, David the Dodo suggested I check the 4 pin connector near the management unit in the footwell and sure enough it was disconnected. Cheers Rich...

Rich, which 4 pin connector near the management unit? My fan has died also and it's not the fuses as far as I can tell.

It's tucked up the top of the side of the passenger's footwell, two halves of a block connector, one side white the other black, not sure what colour the wires are. In mine it was obvoious as there were the two halves hanging appart and they obviously went together! Have a quick look above the battery to the left and see if there is anything undone? Rich...

I'm amazed you need a heater but good luck.

You're right. Certainly don't need the heater, but some air across the screen might be the job to demist it in these cold damp climes....
