How do I reset a Meta 99/36t alarm

Persistent problems with my alarm. So may try a reset, anyone know how to do it. I have tried a new siren so its not that that splaying up much to my annoyance as I have to take it back now. Cheers in advance.

Wot are the problems? If you re-set the alarm and the problem has not been found, the alarm will simply corrupt again

I disconnected the battery a while ago to fit flying lead for trickle charger. Siren now keeps going off when I arm it. Bought a new siren, still does it so thouht Id try a reset to see if problem goes. As I have checked all wires in footwell and all appear to be ok.

Try taking the batt. off again, wait 30 secs and put back on being carefull to get an immediate good conection. I have solved a couple of alarm related problems in the past by doing just that
