The fellas at Ewelme have once again done themselves proud.. I turned up out of the blue with a box filled with Corrado bits. Today, a couple of days later, old mirrors gone, and ...

.. and a very reasonable price too. If you read this Jon thankyou so much !

I have a sneaking suspicion Mr T hasn't wired them up as yet!

Funny, those mirrors came from Bristol to South Oxfordshire, a holiday over the summer in the Channel Islands, then back to South Oxfordshire for fitting to Mr T's most excellent vehicle

100% trouble free - my favourite pair of scissors snipped all those pesky wires off. Was pretty confident it would be a large pain in the rump, and having checked that the glass can be adjusted 'digitally' (ie fingers) took this easy route. So they're perfectly with minimum fuss!

This means:

1. I cant adjust them whilst driving (I never have done, never will)

2. Any ice will need scraping off (I have a garage, a cover, and a Golf!)

yup it never fails.. except..

1. garage very dusty & full of crap
2. Griff2be has my cover
3. Golf cost me £400 to repair last month alone

but apart from that, never fails as I say !

"Ooooooooooh! Suits you, Sir!"

That looks just the business; smart idea not messing around with unnecessary gubbins (and true to TVR philosophy!) of electrics and suchlike!!!

Got a good reputation, this Elwe..Ellie..Wellie Coachworks place then? Must enquire about having something done about the "sieve" look on my front end.

Those look great, I was thinking of getting the Zertec ones with the indicators built in, as I don't have any side indicators on the car, preferably in carbon fibre. Has anyone fitted these to their pride and joy or even seen any ? I'm assuming these have been produced and are not another one of Clives works in progress ?

Cheers Al.

Yup they've had their grubby mitts on my cars for years & cant sing their priases loudly enough. I'm very lucky - that they're 15 min country road drive away!

hmm getting a bit low of milk soon i think ! A pal is whizzing over here this weekend; he's my old red S2 so it's a grand reunion - it hasnt been on the road for two years & just fixed up. Excellent excuse to hit the roads of South Oxfordshire... in fact that gives me an idea..
