If your Griffith has been serviced as per the handbook i.e. 6000mls or annually, then it has done less than 300 miles between oil changes. Doh!

OT- after whats been said about the Power Stations possible not being able to cope with a power surge this winter as they only have a 17% rather than the 30% surplus to call on it was 10 years ago.
They could b e building some more soon and you may get your own to look after HOMER

I'll just run a (big) rubber band from the Griff back axle to a dynamo and power my house!

NB Why the change of name? Is it unadvisable to use reg no as handle?

Hi lads
Been off line for a couple of days converting the Griff into a pickup (get more doughnuts in the back)

BB dont blame me if the lights go out this winter its the government and the power companys playing polatics screwing everything up.They have shut about 10 down in the last 2 years.Where's our lass put them candles.

simpo two several people advised me not to have my reg on an open forum.I'm not sure why but easy to change so i did.

I think Mrs Beano was commenting upon that at Griff Growl?

She gets a bit paranoid about that sort of thing, and especially where computers are concerned. I've had credit card cloning fraud happen to me but she still uses a credit card, we get bombarded with spam and viruses - the latter trapped succesfully by Norton - and I always get a "have you locked the car?". (It's a convertible, FFS, and the roof's in the boot!) My attitude is that if anyone was really sad or clever enough to gather all these bits of information about you then there's only so much you can do to prevent them. Anyone can follow me to the house where the keys might be kept - some people know how to break into cars....

The government have got my address and registration number...

...and they're the biggest crooks out there!

Indeed - thieving b*stards but if you argue they put you in prison. Free country? Expensive country.

Still, confuse the cloners by using a different reg no as a handle!
