Griff PAS

I need to replace the Hydralic Hose from the PAS pump to steering Rack on my 95 Griff 500.
Can anybody advise on draining and refilling the system.
An tips would be much appriciated.

Fill up reservoir. Start engine. Move steering wheel frtom side to side to bleed air out which usually bubbles up in the reservoir and top up as necessary. Check for leaks.

Forgot about draining. Undo pipe near where the column goes into the rack. Have big bowl ready underneath to catch fluid. There is no specific drain of filling plug.
