Door won't open from outside!!
Discussion
Also how easy does the little T button pull out.
It may be that someone has tried to open the car by pulling it(i know, friends have pulled my passenger door one of in the past).
They then could of tried pushing it back in and it may be the bar it connects to has fallen into the door??
Otherwise Ditto to what has allready been said.

I had a similar problem with my Griff 500 once but it was due to the cable thet runs from the T button freezing. I would suggest that you feel around behind the flab and see if the cable has snaped or has become seized. What I do now is to spray WD40 around that area with will help lubricate the cable.
hope this is of some help failing that phone TVR dealer sure they will give you some advice.

Had the same problem but it was intermittent. The lock, accessed as mentioned, has 2 cables and a rod. 1 cable is from the central locking, 1 is from the interior lever and the rod is from the external "handle". In my case the rod was very slightly bent, IIRC the rod unhooks from the lock and falls down. The rod just sits in a recess in the door handle above. Straightened and replaced, all OK

Had the same sort of thing on my Griffith. After lots of investigation behind the flap, it turned out the bolts that hold the locking mechanism in place in the door pillar were all different lengths. Some bright spark had put them back in the wrong holes, and it prevented the mechanism from unlocking occasionally (usually when I was in a hurry), because one of the bolts was fouling one of the levers of the central locking mechanism. I only discovered it by accident, because I forgot to fully tighten the bolts. As soon as I tightened them, it caused intermittent operation of the mechanism again.
I don't know if this is a common problem, or if it's just a 'feature' of my car?
