Does anyone know where you can get this book from stock. Amazon quote 6-8 weeks (but may not be available at all) or has someone got a copy they want to sell me?

Got mine from WH Smith online. Delivered in 48 hrs. Club shop may also be a good bet for quick delivery.
I got mine direct from the club - received it very quickly. Had I faxed or phoned the order I suspect I would have got it even quicker..

Just got mine from the TVRCC - 48 hr delivery - very fast service and cannot understand why amazon want six weeks!!
