Anyone got any ideas where I might be leaking to get puddles of water in the corners of the boot next to the fuel tank (definately not fuel though) on a Griff.

Cheers.

Check the boot lid fixings. The mounts are bolted through the bodywork in the well that goes around the boot to channel water away. A nut came off mine on the near side and left enough gap for water to come in. I sealed it with silicone glue after fitting a new nut and bolt.

It might not be this but it is worth a go.

I've heard of water working its way round the fuel filler seating(especially if it's gunged up) and even working its way down to the rear of the passenger seat!

Same happened to me, especially check the nuts which support the gas-strut, I think this takes more stress when opening and closing the lid. I dobbed a bit of sealant around it as a cure.
