My first entry and hopefully I will be able to contribute in the future. Lots of interesting items on the site and I am building up a good portfolio of ideas and tips.
I have had the Griff now for just over 3 weeks and am working my way through a number of niggles, one of which is the steering "catching" at around 1/2 turn to the right. There is a resistance which is easy to overcome but I don't know what it is. Any ideas? I have had the wheels off and can't see any evidence of rubbing.

Probably a binding steering column UJ (look at the back of the driver's wheelarch). I'll let somebody with experience of it elaborate if necessary however...
