Dodgy Dials

Weird this. Whenever I put the lights on in my 92 grif, the dials all illuminate correctly except for the clock, which eventually decides to come on about 30 seconds later. Just a dodgy connection?

Is the clock showing the correct time or is it 30 seconds slow?
