Override switches
Discussion
I think when you cooling system is ok you don't need an override switch. The only mod i have is the 2 speed fan mod from David Modwise, and i didn't have problems before i installed that. I returned last month from a journey through the Alps and Dolomites in temps of 40 celcius and over that. No problem whit the cooling, sat in a traffic jam for over an hour, no problems. So i do believe that instead of fitting an override switch you should make sure your system is working the way it should, you don't need one then.

Anyone know the current rating of these two circuits ?
Fan circuit is protected by a 40amp fuse on mine but it got the twin fan setup. I'm not sure if the otter switch actually switches this current, I'll try and look at the bible later but if it does then you'd have to make sure you can switch 40amps without melting anything !

the otter operates th relays, so you can piggy back the connectors to a switch inside
