1. PAS was not an option for the 4.x Griffs so be prepared for some/lot of work. I personally do not know of anyone who has done this mod so you may be moving into unknown teritory
2. The rack is a TVR special and costs around 600-750 pounds unless you can find a scrap one. Be careful that the mounts and dimensions are the same, including the track rod end length.
3. The steering column rods and UJs may also need changing as the PAS rack drive shaft is different. Make sure they do not foul the chassis. TVR have used different chassis in the past for PAS and manual cars. May not be true with the Griff but worth checking.
4. The PAS pump is a Rover one but again check that you have clearance and a spare pulley to drive it. It typically uses a seperate fan belt. I think it will foul the body/exhaust manifold.
5. The reservoir is also a Range Rover one. The pipework is custom.
Budget around 1500-2000 pounds for a dealer to do it (if possible!)

Sounds like there may be a market for a PAS conversion Given the right price I would like one for my 500
Many dealers have done it but if you add up the costs of all the bits you need then you are in the 1200+ plus level to start with. The problem is that you need to buy new or track them down and get a recon.
Fitting is not that complex but takes quite a bit of labour especially when setting it up. The rack is a essential to maintaining the TVR feel. If you use something different like a Sierra rack then the different geometries means that the front suspension characteristics change e.g. bump steer to name but one. This means that the handling characteristics will also change and this is likley to be for the worst. Yes you can other PAS racks modified to get the right geometry, mounts and characteristics but the cost is often far more than buying a new one in the first place.
