Anyone interested in a swop??
Discussion
Hi guys, im interested in getting into a 5.0 griff (have previously, albeit breifly owned a 5.0 chimp).... I was wondering if anyone would be interested in trading for my MY99 Subaru Impreza STi Version 5?

Naah, his carbon fibre bonnet was so darn expensive that he couldn't afford to have it painted yet...
OK, OK, no harm intended here, just a gentle ribbing, actually it's a top car for what it is, wouldn't swap it with a Griff if I had one but would not mind it standing next to it in my garage either...

Give him a break guys. He's asked a reasonable question. No need to tear him apart ......

I don't think they are Nick - it's all been in pretty good humour ... not to mention pretty damn tame for this lot
Love my Scooby, never let me down once (not even slightly) in over 75,000 km, always oodles of fun, can't imagine a better combo of adrenaline/fun & everyday practicality. You know what you're getting & expectations are always reliably met.
The Griff though...even mentioning her in the same sentence seems somehow sacrilegious...she throws little tantrums sometimes & needs generous helpings of TLC & constant reassurance that she's loved and cherished...BUT...she's beauty on wheels, raucous, raw, pure...there's simply no other feeling like that frisson of excitement and anticipation you get when clambering in for a high-speed blast. Expectations are always hugely surpassed & even with all her quirks, you're left slack-jawed at the sheer magnificence of the thing...
No comparison, in my book
