First Track Day - Advice Please !

This Tuesday evening will be my first track day since buying my Griff. If any one can offer any advice I'd be mucho grateful ???

I see you've had TVRs before so general stuff you probably know. The best advice I can give is get an instructor to go out with you early on. Don't leave it until late in the day.
