Currently searching for a 4.0/4.3 griff. I've seen some advertised with "Gas Flow". What's the deal here then ? Thanks.

A number of cars have gas flowed cylinder heads, which I believe produce an extra 10 BHP or so.

Makes no difference to maintenance at all. Also extremely difficult to prove/disprove unless you have receipts to prove it or rolling road printouts showing the power gains. Personally I would treat these claims with a pinch of salt.
