Dashboard removal :- Need some help

Have just bought my first griff 500HC and its top. The only thing that is slightly wrong with it is that the vaner on my dash has started to crack.
This does not bother me much as I tend to look at the road a lot more these days, but in the near future I would like to sort it out.
(a) How easy is it to remove the dash?
(b) How easy is it to remove the dial surrounds.
(c) Does any one now of a template that you can get for CAD.
