So, 17 years after seeing a TVR up close for the first time, I have finally got my dream car. Cureton Green 4.3.
Got her on Saturday, and haven't stopped smiling since. Loud, Fast and a joy to drive, and just when you think you've experienced something special, you drive through a tunnel...........and turn around and do it again and again!!!!

Also, I have now taken a serious interest in all things concerning the British weather in my area. Constantly looking out of the window, looking at the sky to see how cloudy it is, and whether I can risk it or not. ie. I don't mind driving on wet roads, its more to do with the roof being down

Oh and by the way, I stalled her, pulling out of the dealers for the first time.......yep I went red. And also, trying to remember which black button releases the boot, the first time a pulled into a petrol station. People looking at this swearing bald guy, with his hazrad lights on.

Anyway, I'm still smiling, can't wait for the next sunny day, and I will see you all out there.

Well done Martin, the Griff really is a lovely car. I've had mine since August last year & it still thrills me just to look at it.
Get to know your local TVRCC region, Im sure you will be made most welcome, & its nice to mix with like minded people.
Enjoy it as much as possible, treat it with respect & stay safe, & buy a baseball hat.(wise words spoken by a 41 year old baldy who either gets sunburn or frostbite of the cranium!!)

Mate, lets hope the car can get you over the "follically challenged" preconception of yourself...

Well done!

Martin, As your in Middlesex may i suggest the Hatfield Tunnel on the A1. approach in 2nd then floor through the box to come out the other side with a glorious sound left behind you. I think its about 3/4's of a mile long and full of smiles Welcome to the world of smiles per miles
