What with these dark nights I noticed that my light doesn't come on when I open the door. Is there a switch to turn this on or is the bulb knackered(I could go and check but I can't be arsed to go out and lift the cover just for this !)?

I presumed youve checked the light is in the "come on when i open the door mode". if you have its probably the bulb. Mine needed replacing the other day.
