Boot Lid Intruder

I've got something rattling around inside my boot lid (bit of grit? , awol screw?). Can the lid be opened up to let me get whatever it is out??

Would suggest you find some way to spray some waxoyl in there. That usually glues up all the lose grit & S**t that somehow always finds itself into seemingly sealed compartments. Spray it in through the latch screw holes.....
