Sorry to bring this up again
I have a great car but just wish it was alittle louder. I can't afford a sports exhaust,so i will have to alter the existing, it seems unclear as what is best to do. just removing the wadding or replacing the pipes for straight through ones.
Could anyone indicate how loud this would be on full throttle and on idle also will it pop on overrun.
Anyone noticed a lose in performance afterwards?
anyones experience on this would help

Thanks

done this on mine (500)

precats out, box emptied thru pipes put in.

no decrease in power, measured at 110db at goodwood :0

general readings indicate about 105 - 108db at 1m 45 degrees.

apparently you need to carefull about the pipes length in the box as it can go very BOOMY and get on ya t@ts.

Peninsula did mine...can't remember how much. bout £100. WELL WORTH IT.

tho if you track the car you WILL need silencers and they can supply those too!

GO FOR IT!

for noise example under acceleration, if you can cope with downloading a few MB, go to www.tvrbliss.co.uk and click the 'TVRBliss videos' link near the bottom, then the 1st video , and turn up the volume
