Right, as the Banana is completly stripped at the mo and i am going with TvrBodyshops headlight conversion on the front was wondering what people thought of the Rear conversion to look like the last 100 see HERE.
And also any one one have some software that could show me what it would like like in Giallo Fly yellow??

Sorry but IMHO - Giallo fly, don't do it!! Not a good colour unless you like 'gawdy'.

BB - I'd go with the conversion, but I'm biased as I've got one of the SEs. I know they're not to everyone's liking but for me they're a big improvement. I guess it's just down to personal preference.
By the way, when do you hope to get the car back?
Cheers, Paul

oops, bit of a gaffe there old chap.

BB, I've seen em done with the insert blended in and they look pretty good, don't do it if it isn't gonna be blended cos it'll look like an afterthought (sincerest appologies to whomsoever I've upset with my opinion)

I might go for the "new" tail lights but certainly not for the front light conversion.
IMO it ruins the Griff front shape.

I prefer the rear clusters as used on the last 100 and may consider having it on mine (though I hate the hybrid Griff/Chimp dash layout). Go for it, leave the front alone though.

Hope it's back with you soon mate.

I'd go for it as well..........
Only had mine a month (what a month!)but IMHO the rearlights are the only styling flaw on the Griff. Bit biased as had Vaux Chavylier GSI(spl intended)in a former life, sad but true..

I think your best bet would be to graft on the rear end of a Chimaera

All IMHO of course.

Couple of things would sway it IMHO they are...
Firstly can the bodyshop get the GSI 2000 lights with the black indicators/reverse lights? These IMHO look better (especially with Giallofly) than the standard Cav with the Orange indicators IMHO of course.

If they can (get the GSI Lights) I would go for the original look, as I feel the new cluster make the rear end look lower/heavier (IMHO). That said I'd rather the new clusters to the Orange indicator ones...

All IMHO of course

I have the GSI type which have the "blackish" look to them but you could still see the orange glow behind, i removed the orange filter so now they look so much better.

Have you got a picture of the GSI lights fitted? its something I have been looking into, but have not had much look locating them.

Since when did TVRs and 'subtle' go together? The Giallo fly looks brilliant (IMHO obviously)

I much prefer the old rear lights, find the new ones look a bit ‘bolt on boy’.

I think Webb's front lights are one of the nicest conversions though and came close to getting them myself.

OK BB my opinions Front lights OK assuming you mean the ones which retain the perspex lens fairing and position 2 lamps behind the cover. Tail-lights, stick with the originals, the scalloped outside edge replictates the stying feature of the leading edge of the doors (first used on the Griffith) the Tuscan style lights on a Griff' look like pissholes in the snow, even more so on a yellow car perhaps Rich...

keep the original lights-smoked or unsmoked.they look much more the part with these as they were designed to(scalloped edge like doors, bonnet etc).fitting new type cluster to yours wouldnt look so good unless they were blended in as black outline makes it look like a boy racer add on.im also not keen on only 1 fog and reverse light, usually the mark of a cheap car if you know what i mean? all imvho of course
