Odd noise ?

Anyone shed any light ....... ?

When accelerating in lower gears, my Griff 500 seems to create a short vibrating/resonating noise somewhere behind me (maybe exhaust?) It only lasts aprox 2000 - 2500 revs for a short time.

What could it be ?

last year, mine did that at similar revs, apparently exhaust was lightly touching the underside.. fixed.. now gone.

just have to add that I hadnt spotted this touching ... was spotted by Batty whilst up on the ramp

Noises related to RPM rather than road speed tend to be exhaust related.
