Why not post it in the first place?

Is this the remove the window switches and then use the apertures to get to the retaining bolts method? Or is this the remove the dash and reach into the cavity from the dash space?

I foubd that if you lift undo the four srews holding the centre console, lift up and i found there was enough of a gap to get a small rachet with extensions up the gap to reach the bolts.
Didnt take that long that. If u can save me 20-30 mins then i would be in th eminuses

I really can't add anything to the comments already expressed except get it checked . It could be something simple as a loose bit rattling but noises are very difficult to diagnose over email so get it looked at. What is wroorying is if the rocker gear has been changed that there was no cam change done either as rocker wear normally results in damaged cams so you could now be reaping the benefit of cutting corners. Budget £7-800 if it is a cam and rocker replace.
