Please turn off the CAPS key as the shouting is deafening everyone.

Sticky/duff solenoid. Usually a recon starter and fit a heat shield. Could be loose leads.

PS the 590 crank AMP battery is lower than the standard spec and can lead to starting problems in the future as it doesn't have as much grunt as the 630 one has.

most likely suspect is the solenoid on the starter.they, along with the starter itself, dont like the great amount of heat that they are subjected to on griffs and chimps.ive heard that life expectancy can be as little as 18 months-2 years! its worse on a car with cats as more heat is generated.on my previous chimp i had starter/solenoid assembly replaced 4 times in as many months(luckily under warranty) by a supposedly reputable specialist.so whem you buy a replacement, dont go for recon unit if possible and buy new unit.
