GRIFF 500 Alloys...are they the best looking ?
Discussion
Hi All,
Have a 1997 Griff with the standard wheels, and was wondering what size wheels and tyres you run on the front and back of yours.
I assume all these mentioned have the right offset?
TWS Fusion
Raceline RL 7's
Kahn RSR
But since the standard wheels are 15" front, 16"rear, do you go 17" all round or keep that 1" difference?
What happens to the handling?
Cheers

J, take at quick scan through the search facility, there is loads of stuff on here about bigger wheels. I got asked so often about my wheels/tyres/offset etc. that I stuck a page on my web site www.greenbear.org.uk take a look and get back to me off-line if you want more. Cheers Rich...
Call me old fashioned but I think the 500 alloys are excellent and suited the car completely. It would have to be a great set of very carefully chosen wheels to make me "mod" a TVR like that.
Having said that the guys here have done exactly that and they look great so it can be done. Brave decision though...
