That sounds absolutly normal to me was the same on the 'S' aswell in which it also fluctuated up and down when the indicators where going on and off.
I think the reason it goes up like this is as the engine REVS get above a certain amount then the alternator starts charging the battery. until then the battery is oonly as good as when it was last used minus volt drop.
Thats why on your S(when u had it) the ignition light didnt go of until u had reved the engine above 2000rpm.
