Alarm Make

On the Priviledge insurance quote page it asked for alarm model. I have not bought the car yet and wondered what alarm do you specify. The car is a griffith 500.

Mine is a Meta 99/36t, you should have a certificate for it, saying what make it is and that its thatcham 1 approved. If not your insurance will be massive.

Try Peart insurance. For my V8S they didn't need an approved alarm and the price was reasonable, although I did fit a Toad class 1 alarm for piece of mind which has worked fine so far. I also had them put a microwave sensor in the interior so you can leave the roof down and still detect thieving hands coming inside (other sensors would go off with gusts of wind).
