Anyone dismantled a MAF?

Anyone pulled one apart or repaired one?

Yes, I split mine to give it a gentle spray with some MAF cleaner & then resealed.
Go gently - the sensor is pretty delicate.

You can get the electronics out if you cut your way in but I have never managed to get a circuit diagram. Its pretty simple stuff with an op amp and various trim resistors but without a circuit fixing it would be guess work. Biggest issue is the hot wire mounting is spot welded to the PCB and you have to cut it to remove the PCB. It unfortunately wont resolder so you are stuck anyway.
