A throttle per bank

Found this conversion currently on fleabay.
Fitted to a tr7. A 4.6 na making 300bhp at the wheels. Is that possible?

Looks like a modified Thor manifold set up.
Probably a tad optimistic but not unreasonable if the heads are good and it’s aftermarket ecu.
I’d want a proven graph though not just a Tvr style guess.
