I’m looking at a winter project, replacing the carpets in the griff. Central tvr do a full kit for what seems to be a reasonable cost at just over £600. I’m happy to fit it probably…………
Has anyone used them? If so what was the quality of fit like?

Other than the floor mats you will need to adjust the carpets to fit more so if parts haven’t been bound. That’s the art of a good upholsterer. Bound edges hide raw edges. Has anyone used them? If so what was the quality of fit like?

If you still have the original carpets fitted, make a photo list of how it looks before you rip it all out. Use high temperature contact adhesive when fitting the new carpet. A bottle of cleaning alcohol is also handy to clean off any glue mishaps.
Quality of fit is 90% in the fitting. If you are doing a project, use the original carpet as a template to cut out new. Then find someone to do the stitched binding.

How about contacting D&C Trim for the original Factory fit carpets, my Griff had a set fitted in April this year by a Specialist. The carpet quality and Fit and Finish was great.
Were the D & C carpets leather bound. I have the full leather interior and was looking at Coverdale for the carpets but they only bind in vinyl. scottliv said:
