Heater Hose Removal

Does anyone have any tips how to remove the heater hose that runs from wing to wing behind the rockers (the one below). Mine has jubilee straps which I've removed but the hose will not shift. I'm wondering if it's bonded. Any tips appreciated. I'm keen not to disturb anything in the wing.

Normally glued in and it’s tight.
