I was just doing some digging wrt to getting my gauges repaired (all of the plastic cased gauges are cracked or completely broken) to find that Smiths are no longer offering a repair service according to their website (and neither are TVR Power). However, doing a search I found "Speedy cables (London) Ltd" who claimed to have all the original Smiths drawings, turns out they are in South Wales, which seemed a little odd for a company with London in the title.

I looked on google at their address and they are in the same building as Caerbont Automotive Instruments Ltd, I.e. Smiths!

Hence it seems likely that they do still offer a repair service, just under a different name. Of course this is all to be confirmed but it seems highly likely they are either very closely aligned or the same company.

Yes, I've used them a couple of times to repair Caerbont gauges, but be prepared to wait some time for them to come back as they are very busy. One took ~3 months IIRC.

I had my speedometer repaired by etb instruments at southend on sea. My car is a 94 model with the cream faces and speedy did not have parts for these but etb did.
