I have the rectangular single button Gemini remote for my door locks/alarm, and the system works flawlessly.

Some years ago I found a supplier who was able to provide me with an aftermarket remote that was programmed to my car, so I had the sense of security knowing I had a second remote should one be lost. Sadly the aftermarket unit has failed and I only have the original unit from 1994.

Is anyone aware of a supplier for a replacement remote? I know if I can find one of the originals I can "reprogram" it to match my unit, so an original would be fantastic. Otherwise, if I could find a generic programable remote that is compatible that would be a good option.

Bringing this one step further, if someone knows the frequency of the remote it might make it easier for me to source one, as although it may not ensure I have a compatible one simply due to ordering the correct frequency, at least it allows me to eliminate some options that are definitely not compatible due to being the wrong frequency transmitter.

Thanks!

Dave at HF worked for Meta in the old days so he well knows all the ins and outs of the product along with the TVR mistakes made when they installed the Meta immobilisers.
