Hi, apologies if this is obvious, I haven’t been able to find this specific sticker. I have modified the clip on the bonnet that holds the bonnet stay, using a half nut to lock it, not a full nut. So hopefully won’t get damaged again. Ta

Rolex blue. Looks pretty purple to me, but perhaps a bit bluer, if that is a word.

Unfortunately the wonderfully found data sticker is very Chimera, so close but no cigar!

I owned that Griff for a little while Nic, it was a truly stunning car. I sold it at back to James Agger at some point in 2019. I’d definitely like another Griff at some stage.

Hi, would be good to catch up. I love it, fantastic interior colour combo, great originality. Just running through everything. I have spare time and been doing cars and bikes for years, so just lifting a good car to a great car, condition wise.

How long did you have it? Love James, quite a character, he talks more than I do!

Hi Nic.

I had it for maybe 6 months. No issue with the car at all, it was stunning. I just had a habit at that time of changing cars rapidly at that time, a habit I’m trying to shake. We had the Griff alongside a Tuscan 2S, which has also gone onto pastures new.

I loved the Griff. In some ways they are actually the perfect TVR. Some of the later cars encourage you to drive them faster than the chassis can really deliver. The Griff doesn’t pretend, it’s a lazy cruiser and doesn’t act at being anything else. I have good memories of the mileage I did in that car, and it was beautifully presented by James and the team. It would be good to catch up at some point, I might have a run through to Cadwell in May if you are heading there.
