Fuel gauge wiring

Have lost voltage to fuel sender "92, 430 Griffith" Anyone have an idea please where the wiring lays, under the seat, along the tunnel ? Save me pulling all the carpets up. Any help would be appreciated.

I can't find the wiring diagrams for the Griffith I'm afraid, but perhaps these may be close enough.

I think it runs behind the fuel tank and then over the wheelarch into the void behind the door then down the sill to the fuse box. I think there is a connector behind the door accessible behind the carpet.

Is your heater fan working or the lights on the window buttons and vent buttons? If not check the heater fuse as it also powers the fuel tank level indicator. Fuse 15 I think is if the same as mine.
