I was out walking with my wife and daughter and you came round the corner last Sunday.

You gave me the finger because you thought I was telling you to slow down but I was so astounded to see a Griff in the middle of nowhere I waved to see if you would stop for a chat.

Well it wasn't me - my Griff is blue - but I am quite local to Ufton Nervet. So if I'm near there and see someone waving, I'll be sure to stop to see if it is you

No it wasn't you, definitely green. I'm in Pangbourne, so also not a million miles from Ufton Nervet

and the consequence was.........

Me and Austin Seven got together in a local pub, spent 2 or 3 hours gassing about TVR Griffith 500s and the other stuff blokes talk about and will no doubt meet up again in the nearish future.

Nice to get to know another Griff owner in the area.......
