Both of the above, or on the odd occasion there have been reports of shorts in the wiring loom that ground one bank of injectors- this holds them open and over fuels the engine, so worth having a good look at the loom for any chaffing on the insulation anywhere.
Probably me reporting that the earth wire of number 2 injector was worn through and shorting to the bracket for the remote mounting of the ignition amplifier. As the injection is 'Bank Fire' that is shorting the whole bank.Steve
