Apart from being a 1998 I assume rather than an '88 it seems a little underpriced.
Assume it is on existing chassis.

I assume you looked at MOT history , it's been parked and missed MOTs a few times in it's life .

The list of work done suggested a minor refurb was required .

2016 advisory.....chassis corroded , but not had same advisory since .
