Afternoon.
I’m sure I’ll regret it but the Griff will be for sale from next week.
I have a Leven canopy for the Griffith and wondered if anyone had tried to use it on another TVR?
Once the Griff is sold I m hoping to get a T350 or Tuscan. I totally get they have roofs but I had a Cerbera that leaked.
Just wondered if it’s worth keeping for my next car or not.
Thanks for any help.
Very best regards and keep safe,Doug

I would keep it ... You'll never be able to buy another.
I have a Chim one and reckon it would fit my Tuscan vert but I've never tried it.... So probably fit a Tuscan and be a little oversized for a T350 but still protect it on the rare occasion . I used mine in house moves , garage builds , even when i lived in a caravan for 50 nights !!!

My Leven cover for the Griff is a perfect fit on my Tamora

Excellent thank you.
I’ll clean it up and put it in storage until lockdown lifts and I can start looking for a replacement for it to go on.
Very best regards

My Chim Coverzone cover was far too tight for my Tuscan and Chims are longer than Griffs. It would just go on, but prolonged use would end up dulling the extremities of the car. I suppose it depends on how 'baggy' Leven made their covers.

Thank you. I will definitely keep it and see how it fits whatever I end up with. If it’s a bad fit I will probably end up putting it in the classified section ( have just listed a Surrey folding roof that I bought and never used )
It seemed pointless keeping it if it was a definite no, but it seems it’s worth a try.
Thanks again and keep safe. Doug

I was given one for my Wedge by someone who didn't need it. I use it just to cover the hood as the shape's all wrong. So to answer your question, no they don't fit other TVRs...

I assume you talking about the Leven Roof / Canopy cover than ONLY covers the roof , ties to the wing mirrors, has a flaps front and back to tuck in the boot and bonnet . If so I'm pretty sure it would cover a Tuscan/T350 roof and as already stated it fits a Tamora since the cockpit areas are similar . i think some people think you are referring to a complete car cover which obviously wouldn't fit a Tuscan and an angular wedge roof is a completely different shape to a curved Chim/Griff/T car.
They are excellent for cars parked outside , stopping water ingress around the windows. you don't get the problem with paintwork damage either, since they don't touch the paintwork. (except of course if used on a Tuscan targa roof ).

Exactly that. The canopy roof cover.
I will definitely replace the Griff with another TVR so will keep hold of it if it could possibly be used as they are very well made.
If in the end it’s a bad fit or rubs on the paintwork I’ll put it in the classified section, although it sounds like it may hopefully work out.
Thanks for your replies.
It’s really sad but I didn’t really run the Griff with the roof down so have decided to get a TVR with a roof!! ( and aircon )
