A huge thank you to RH Insurance. After an accident in Scotland RH moved both car and occupants back to Yorkshire then the car to Option 1 in Bromsgrove who did a great repair. My excess was refunded today and I can't praise them high enough, a very good broker.

Hope you and yours are OK after the accident, presumably as your excess was returned it was another drivers fault?

Hi Paul, yes, the old guy pulled out in front of me on a 60mph road, he didn't see me. It turned out he was 95 years old and it was very handy that a police car was about a few seconds behind me. His insurance company was a bit slow to pay out but after getting a court judgement against them it came to a quick settlement. Hope your Griff is behaving itself, cheers, John.

I have only just joined the Forum and spotted your lovely message - thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

I have just received a new supply of RH emergency helpline cards, and would be delighted to send a couple to you in the post if desired. They're the size of a credit card and similar material so they won't perish over the years! Hopefully you had the claims/breakdown numbers to hand whilst in Scotland but it's always handy to carry a card in every car which is insured with RH - just in case.

Hi Emma, can you believe the Scottish police sorted all the numbers for me; they were so helpful to both me and the other gentleman that I sent them a thank you card, it is nice to find good people when you need them. I hope RH thrives and prospers, from my experience you deserve it, cheers, John.
