(im hoping for a pre cat 4 or 4.3ltr model)
cheers

Bummer about the S3 Mr Kid, a recent link which yours truly started does have some info in it from 4.0 owners (and past owners).

Maybe an email to shpub through his profile might do the trick.

I've already emailed the Kid for a snailmail address so I can help him out in some way about two hours ago.

I'm sure I can sort something out for him.

Hmmm - is Region Luton the epicentre of Griffithdom ? I'm in Harpenden.

For reasons too protracted to go into, I have a spare one of Steve's books (virtually unused as you might imagine) I'm willing to flog it on if you want.

Sure, no problem. Mail me thu profile and we can set something up. Or, if we can't arrange something before Oct 13, come along to the Herts TVRCC meet in Harpenden.

edited to include correct spelling as after the St Albans beer festival yesterday my brains are sludge.

Steve,

I hope the new verion of the Griff Bible is better than the first version as that had interesting stuff on the history but the rest of it was well below par
(except the battery section !).

Your previous book on the wedge was excellent though !

Fair comment about the Wedge being a better book but it came out after the Griff one and had the benefit of more feedback etc. I actually had more information to work with as there was Wedge factory documentation. Not the case with the Griff and Chimaera where there is virtually none and so I have to start from the beginning. To be fair, it was also the best I could do with the material I had.

The new edition will be knock the covers off the Wedge and even the S book is all I can say at the moment.

Andy

Angus is just down the road from me, so maybe we can both give you a spin in our respective Griffs. Mine a 4.3 and AF's 500.

I'll hook up with him later and see what we can sort out.

Is there a 4ltr owner in the vicinity to complete the trio??
