'98 4.5 Griff @ TMS ?

TMS are offering a 4.5 litre 98 Griff owned by the factory from new,looks interesting , any one know any more info ?

If its one of the 4.5 factory Big Valves I think only 5 or 6 were ever made. Sounds like a piece of history if its an original

When the Chimaera 4.5 was launched, the press reviews all said that it was the best Chimaera (more power than a standard car, less of a handful than a 5.0 car).

Sue Stoker told me they built one such Griffith (for the "ski boot" lady) to see what it would be like. So if this is the car, it has a normal Chimaera 4.5 engine with cats etc.

MikeyT, as i type the Chim sits in the garage covered in brake dust,dead flies,spilt optimax , coffee and mobil 1.
I sit at home on the PC covered in much the same as above drinking Kronenburg to calm down .
Just got home from Oulton Park after another exhillariting (sp?)track day teaching my self what Tivver power is all about.
If i was ever tempted to change this car it'd be for a last of line Griff 100.
But not today .
