oil consumption

changed my oil at the last service (42000) from Mobil 1 to Texaco F3 mineral 10/40 and am doing 1202mls for 2/3 litre of oil, is this a record? It no longer leaves soot all over the arse either, but I have noticed the pressure is down a bit. Edited by apache on Saturday 9th June 17:56

Just an hour ago I stopped at a Texaco & bought some Texaco Havoline F3 premium performance for £18 I think it was - is this the same? If so I'll try it & keep an eye an the pressure & consumption too.
