griff dials in an s

hi all does anyone know if fitting dials from a grif in to an s1 can be done.?
the problems i have are
1, my s1 has a cable driven speedo and the grif electronic
2,the engine is a v6 and not a v8 so rev counter will not work correctly(or will it)
so has anyone fitted an electronic speedo conversion to an s1 gearbox and does anyone know if the rev counter will be conpatable or will i need to send it to a specailist and have it modified
any help will be great
ps where did leebee get his smart alloy switchs from as they look great or are they the original ones with alloy covers fitted as my switches are looking rough
and spoil the interior
