Spark Plugs & Oil Filter

I know one of you clever fellas can tell me what TVR recommend for replacement spark plugs (NGK?) and oil filter for a 1994 Griffith 500. Need the info for a service.

Oil filter is one from a range rover. Plugs I cant remember the code but someone will know.
