Dash Top

The dash covering on my Griff has come unstuck in the scaloped part of the dash top on the passenger side - so it kind of looks flat rather than the intended scoop / swoop. Has anyone else had this problem and had it fixed - any recomendations? All replies gratefully received........ Cheers Simon

Try a syringe full of glue. You'll have to use thin stuff, however, this will allow you to inject it through the leather without too much, if any, damage. http://www.locost-racing.com Car No. 13

This happened to mine about a year ago. I just pressed/smoothed it down again, usins a polishing pad(first thing soft to hand) And it's stayed that way ever since. Was a rumour of a duff batch of glue at the factory. B

Thanks for the tips guys, I will have a look at it this weekend, failing that it's in for a service next week so maybe Hawthorns will have some ideas if the Hyperdermic / Polishing pad options fail! Cheers, Simon
