good race, but it was a grate shame for the TVR and viper having there troubles, as both of them cars looked strong today, but then both came into trouble, bloody lister storm, dont ya just hate em'!!!! better luck next time, barff/caine/mowlem/watkins

Eclipse had a head gasket blow - Unbelievable bad luck, they were second at the time ahead of Shorty.

As for the Lister - the fact that it finished at all after the 'hit' with Cainey was a minor miracle - Nothing Michael could do about it, long brake pedal and damage that put him out. The net result for Mike Jordan was the loss of the lister's bonnet on the pit straight which shattered the screen and punched a hole in the roof - How Mike continued, let alone stayed on the pace I really don't know!!
