my 225 tt tends to go over the 90 degs to the next mark quite often but then tends to settle back. I can hear the fans runing from 90 degs but it can do this if in town or not. any one got any ideas why it is doing this.

Ours runs at 90 dead on all the time. Fans only come on during really hot weather, sometimes sooner when the aircon is on.

Dealer will probably say your car is within tolerances, but it's running warmer than your average Audi for sure. Might just be the temp sender unit (simple part to replace yourself).

Dunno if its the same problem but 225 Seats do the same. Fuse on battrey or fuse for fan IIRC id oftent he culprit. Hop onto www.seatcupra.net/forums cos I'm sure it's been discussed.
