Hi all. I know I havent been on for a while but I have been away for a month. Anyway, my 2.0 16v conversion is now complete and is running really well with the exception of the rev counter. As Im still using Mk2 16v clocks with a Mk3 Digifan engine, the rev counter isnt working. We have tried everything we can think of but its not working, does anyone have any ideas or know how to overcome this with the same clocks?

I take it no-one knows how to convert the MkII 16v clocks to receive the digifant engine data then?

I cant find any G60 clocks and Im stuck without a rev counter.

What about rev counter off a later 8v (88 onwards) mk2 they had digifant, might work (red line a bit low for a rev happy 16v tho) can't think off top of my head if the Mk3 16v ABF engine is distributor less tho?

Alternatively a look through a cataloge like Demon tweeks will find you a host of indepentant revcounter options- may be able to plumb into your original dash rev counter- or use a replacement dial.
